You can be assured that your home is being built by a qualified professional by selecting a Builder or Manufacturer who is a Member in one of our programs. MHWC Members are thoroughly examined every year for:
- Financial stability,
- Customer satisfaction and
- Technical competence
Additionally, MHWC Members must comply with specific construction standards in order to have their homes warranted.

MHWC recognizes that one warranty may not meet the needs of all Builders or Manufacturers. Therefore, we offer a “Menu of Choices” to our Members so that they may select the program that best fits their needs and those of their homebuyers. The MHWC “Menu of Choices” includes the following programs*:
- 10 Year Full Coverage Builder Warranty
- 10 Year Structural Only Builder Warranty
- 10 Year Full Coverage MSD Manufacturers Warranty
- 10 Year Structural Only MSD Manufacturers Warranty
- 5 Year MH Select Manufacturers Warranty
- Remodeler Warranty
- Detached Garage Warranty
- Commercial Warranty
