1981 saw the birth of a company with a vision – a company whose goal is to provide a level of security to homeowners, builders and manufacturers alike, never before attained in this country. Residential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC) has devoted three decades to providing insured, written structural warranties to approximately three million homeowners across the country.
In 1989, MHWC was added to the RWC Family to provide a level of protection and service to the HUD-Code Industry unsurpassed by any competitor.

By maintaining a competitive price structure, a solid hold on expenses and monitoring membership qualifications as a means to manage claims, RWC, MHWC and their affiliates have been able to survive the turbulent ups and downs of both the '80's and the current economic strife.
Warranties issued by MHWC are insured by Western Pacific Mutual Insurance Company, A Risk Retention Group (WPMIC). WPMIC is rated "A- (Excellent)" by A.M. Best. |
